We’re looking for an IT & DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team, led by a senior DevOps engineer. This role combines IT and security operations with hands-on DevOps work: you’ll own the company’s IT stack and gradually take ownership of cloud infrastructure, reliability and automation projects. You’ll get hands-on guidance from day one and plenty of room to grow with a fast-scaling team.

About The Position
About the Role
- Own the company’s IT infrastructure, including endpoints, connectivity and security
- Run employee onboarding and offboarding end to end: devices, accounts and access
- Manage permissions and access controls across systems, following least-privilege principles
- Administer our SaaS stack, including licenses, integrations, SSO and security configuration
- Work with and improve our DevOps tooling and processes, including CI/CD, Terraform, and our cloud environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Help maintain reliability and security across our production environments
- Implement monitoring and alerting infrastructure
- Build AI-driven automations that improve efficiency across the company
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure, or equivalent DevOps experience
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with DevOps tooling such as CI/CD pipelines and Terraform
- Hands-on experience with Git
- Strong sense of ownership and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving AI cybersecurity startup
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- Advantage: experience with identity providers and device management (MDM) solutions
- Advantage: scripting skills in Python or Bash
